Meeting my clients' expectations is not enough. From day one, I felt that this is not about me, but providing my clients with the highest level of service that I possibly can. I am driven to invest myself in anticipating their concerns, quickly and successfully, addressing issues, and eventually, exceeding those initial expectations. That may sound like a tall order, but the fact that 75% of my business is referrals from satisfied customers is evidence that I live up to my claims. It's a tough standard and though I've been in real estate since 1999, I began honing the necessary skills (caring, commitment, diligence and communication) long ago.

 

I married my high school sweetheart and my first full-time career was raising five children. I was committed to fostering well-rounded, conscientious adults and I poured myself into supporting them. I diligently served as a coach, scout leader, treasurer, and enthusiastic, multi-tasking volunteer. I also made sure I was there for them. I learned to communicate clearly, but more importantly, to listen objectively. My dedication paid off and I have five incredible kids whom I admire and respect, five grandchildren whom I adore, and a close knit family that I cherish.

 

When I went into real estate, I didn't want to be just "another Realtor." My specialty is building relationships, and as a Personal Real Estate Consultant, I bring the same commitment and skills that forged my family to all of my clients. My dedication to exceeding their expectations has led me to go beyond the basic requirements for being a Realtor. I have earned my ABR (Accredited Buyers Representation), CRS (Credited Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute). I also devote my energy and expertise toward my customers' interests and employ my communication skills and reserves of patience to successfully navigate dealings with other parties and agents.
